You can apply for a work permit AFTER you have been hired by an employer.

Obtaining a work permit consists of the following:

1. In order to obtain a work permit, Chino Valley Unified School District policy requires student to maintain a 2.0 GPA and good standing in attedance.
2. Using your current age, select the correct application packet below.
3. Print and complete work permit packet.
4. All highlighted sections must be completely filled out by student, parent and employer.
5. Turn in for processing. For SUMMER turn in completed form to the District Office (13461 Ramona Ave. Chino 91710) or email to wendy_graves@chino.k12.ca.us.
6. Allow 3-4 days to process.
