CVUSD 2025 College Fair Student Info Form

Students attending the CVUSD College Fair on October 7th, 2025, are encouraged to complete this Student Information Form in advance. In the form, you will select which colleges and organizations should receive your information. These schools and organizations will be provided with your details after the event. If you cannot attend the fair, you may still complete the form so your information can be shared. Filling out the form ahead of time will streamline your college fair experience, giving you more time to ask questions and visit additional college and organization tables.
